Roasted green beans with mushrooms

 
These green beans are a delicious side to go with any dish, and they are extremely easy to make. You will need : 8 oz mushrooms, sliced 1 lb fresh green beans 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar Salt and pepper Preheat oven to 450. Wash mushrooms and green beans. Place cleaned mushrooms and green beans in a large zip lock bag. Pour olive oil and balsamic vinegar in the bag and shake around to coat beans and mushrooms well. Lay all mushrooms and beans on a large baking sheet and top with salt and pepper. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Watch closely so they don't burn.
