When I first started paleo I remember feeling hungry all of the time for the first few weeks. I didn't know yet exactly what I could or couldn't eat so I just didn't eat. Wow has that changed. It just takes a few weeks to figure out the do's and don'ts and you will realize that you can eat whenever your hungry. That's what I love about paleo, you can eat a lot. I love food and I love to eat, and the portion system just wasn't cutting it for me. I tried weight watchers, but I found that I had used all of my points by mid afternoon and then I couldn't figure out how many points I had earned from my workout so I just messed it all up.
I know people just starting out on paleo want to know more than just meals to cook, they want to know what to snack on. So I wanted to give you a list of things that I keep around all the time to snack on.
