for tacos:
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 lb package of
grass fed beef
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tsp cumin
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 package butter lettuce
Salsa
For guacamole
2 avacados
1 large tomato
1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp lime juice
Sauté onion, beef, and bell pepper in olive oil in a large skillet, once meat starts to brown add garlic, cumin, chili powder, and salt. Let cook together until meat is brown and onions and peppers are soft.
to make guacamole. Chop avocados and tomato and combine in a bowl. Next add 1/2 tsp garlic, salt to taste and 1 tsp lime juice and mix well
Stuff lettuce with taco meat, top with salsa, and then top with guacamole
This looks so yummy and healthy. Anything with avocados has to be great!
