    Hi, What are tonis? Thanks.

hey- I’m sorry, I should have explained that. Toni’s Chachere’s is a creole seasoning. Its basically a combination of salt, pepper, chili powder, and garlic powder. I use it all the time. Its made in Louisiana, which is where I am from. You should try cooking with it. its delicious and not too spicy.

  2. Tami says:

What is the coconut aminos purpose in the recipe?

    • fitpaleomom says:

      Hey-
Its really just for flavoring. I always used to use soy sauce and worcestershire to flavor the meat, and since becoming paleo I just changed that to coconut aminos.

Love this one! I never could figure out how to make a turkey burger flavorful – this is it! I didn’t have any pickle juice so I used caper juice… Best turkey burger I’ve eaten!
