Sweet potato biscuits

I found this recipe on paleomg. I thought my kids would like these for breakfast so I decided to try them. Her recipe includes chives and bacon, but I didn't have either so I just made them without. this would be a perfect thanksgiving morning breakfast. You will need: 2 small sweet potatoes, cooked and peeled, 3 eggs, 1/4 cup coconut oil, 3 tablespoons coconut flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, Salt and pepper to taste. Start by preheating oven to 375. Peel sweet potatoes and place in a bowl, then mash them with a fork. Add eggs and melted coconut oil and mix well. Next add coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt. Once everything is mixed well, spoon on to a baking sheet. Bake for 22-25 minutes.
