I needed something that I could quickly cook for dinner and I also wanted to use my last spaghetti squash so paleo spaghetti seemed like the perfect meal.i can whip this up pretty quickly and then I usually just let it simmer for about an hour until its time to serve.
For the sauce you will need:
2 tablespoons olive oil,
1 onion chopped,
2 cloves minced garlic,
2 lb ground beef,
2 14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes,
1 14.5 oz can tomato sauce,
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning,
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar,
Salt and pepper,
Garlic powder.
1. Start by sautéing the garlic and onion in the olive oil.
2. Next add the beef and cook until browned.
3. Season with salt and pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and balsamic vinegar.
4. Add diced tomatoes and tomato sauce and stir together.
5. Let simmer for an hour on low.
6. Serve over spaghetti squash.

Amazing and quick!!! I was very satisfied and full after eating this as was my “foodie” husband! Baby loved it too!
