I love oatmeal raisin cookies, and these are the perfect paleo alternative.
To make the cookies:

1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup raisins
1 tsp cinnamon
1. Pre heat oven to 375
2. In a large bowl mix almond flour, baking soda, salt, and eggs
3. Next add vanilla, maple syrup and coconut oil. Mix well
4. Finally add walnuts and raisins.
5. Spoon on to baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
I tried to print this recipe to use & your web site does not allow printing directly from the recipe. Spending time copying & pasting to a word document is very inefficient use of time. Most recipe websites have an icon that reads “print”. I suggest you update yours to be more user friendly.
Will do
