Make this pumpkin hummus as an appetizer at your family Thanksgiving and you will not disappoint.
You will need:
3/4 cup pumpkin purée
1 cup peeled and chopped zucchini (about 2 zucchini)
1 tsp garlic powder
Juice of one lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1. Add all ingredients to a food processor
2. Process until smooth.
3. Serve with sliced bell pepper
