You will need
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1.5 lb ground turkey or beef
Salt
Toni's
Garlic powder
Chili powder
Cumin
Lettuce
Tomato
Cuavamole
Salsa
Sweet potato chips
In a skillet sauté the onion, pepper, and ground meat in olive oil. Add seasonings to your liking. I also had to add about 2 tablespoons of water to the mixture.
Put meat on top of lettuce, tomato, crumbled up sweet potato chips, salsa, and guacamole.
I began eating the paleo way and I have to say that I am surely enjoy what I am eating. I am also feeling great changes in health issues.
