Paleo Super Bowl

Chicken Wings, Spinach and Artichoke Dip, and Chili Fries.

I have to admit that I really don't watch much football. My husband definitely does. I get more into the food that goes a long with watching football. This year I wanted to plan a good paleo football watching feast. I decided to make these things because they all seem to be good football food. We stayed home with the kids this year to watch the game, but with all of this food we could have fed an army.
This spinach and artichoke dip comes from Paleomg. I have yet to get a recipe from her that wasn't incredible and super easy.

To make the dip you will need:
2 14 oz cans of artichoke hearts,
16oz frozen spinach,
1 cup cashews, roasted and unsalted,
2 tablespoons olive oil,
1 tablespoon garlic powder,
1 teaspoon onion powder,
1 teaspoon sea salt,
1/2 teaspoon black pepper,
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper.

1. Add frozen spinach and artichokes to a saucepan over medium heat and sprinkle with just a bit of salt.
2. While spinach and artichokes are getting warm get out your food processor.
3. Place cashews in processor and grind until cashews are like flour, then pour in olive oil and blend until it becomes like cashew butter.
4. Once spinach is thawed, pour spinach and artichoke mixture in to a bowl.
5. Add cashew butter and all seasonings and mix well.
6. Serve with sweet potato chips or veggies.
