Mexican Meatz

Mexica Meatza

I found this recipe on the clothes make the girl. I thought it looked good and wanted to try making something that I've never made before....a meatza.

For meat crust:
1 pound ground beef
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
2 cloves minced garlic

Toppings:
1/2-3/4 cup of your favorite salsa
Green bell pepper, cut into strips
Red onion, cut into strips
Avocado, diced

1. Preheat oven to 400
2. In a large bowl combine your crust ingredients.
3. Now roll into 2 balls and place each one in a 8-9 in pie pan and pat down to shape it like a small pizza crust. Do for both balls of crust.
4. Bake 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven. Let cool and then place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet
5. top with salsa, onions, and peppers. Pop back into oven for 10-15 minutes.
6. Top with sliced avocado and serve.
