As most of you know I am totally obsessed with Crossfit. I've been doing it for 3 years now. I started 6 weeks after the birth of my third child and I haven't stopped since. For two years I have been following the programming of one of our crossfit owners, William Albritton. It's called The Iron Boot. I totally believe in it. I have seen drastic improvements in my strength, speed, and stamina since starting this programming. So, if you are a crossfitter.....check it out.
