Eating paleo in Disney World day 2

My day started today with a nice run on the treadmill in our hotel gym. It was no crossfit, but it felt good to do something. I started to do a WOD in the gym, but thought I might look silly trying to snatch a dumbbell while everyone else was casually on an elliptical. My husband almost tried to unbolt the bar from the machine to practice his snatch, but figured that was a bad idea. After our workout we went to a character breakfast in our hotel at Chef Mickey's. We actually had a really good breakfast and there were plenty of paleo options. I had eggs with grilled onions and mushrooms on top with a side of salsa, fruit, and bacon. We spent the entire day at Magic Kingdom. We had lunch somewhere in frontier land. Sam and I both had salads and we each had a small bag of grapes for a snack. Mid afternoon we did both have a few bites of our kids pineapple ice cream(and it was good) and i also brought some Lara bars to snack on. Our day finished with a wonderful dinner in Cinderella's castle. I ordered grilled swordfish over watercress and heirloom tomatoes. We finished the evening with fireworks over Cinderella's castle and then headed to bed to get ready for tomorrow.
