We just arrived today in Disney world for a family vacation. Its just my husband and I and our two oldest children. We decided to leave the baby at home this trip. I can honestly say that I really haven't been this excited about a trip in a long time (I was pretty excited about the crossfit games this summer, but this is different). I thought it would be fun to blog every day that I am here about what we eat while we are here. Just to show you that it is possible to stay healthy while you are on vacation. I have had numerous people tell me that is would be really hard, and nearly impossible to eat paleo at disney. I take that as a nice challenge. I want to show everyone that it is possible to get a paleo meal anywhere you go. So for the next 5 days my husband and I plan to workout everyday and eat good, clean, paleo food and also have a blast with our kids!
We got here this evening, checked in to the hotel, and headed to our first meal. The kids were so excited they could hardly stand it.
We both had salads. I got a steak salad, it had a little goat cheese on it, but it was delicious. Time for bed because we have a busy day tomorrow.
