Club Sandwich

Just returned from my annual mother daughter back to school shopping trip. Every year for three years my daughter and I have headed to Baton Rouge for dinner and shopping. We had a blast shopping, going out to dinner, and even went swimming last night until 10 pm. I got to get some groceries at whole foods for the week and got to spend some bonding time with my daughter before she starts first grade. Priceless! my husband stayed home with the boys and took them out for dinner and yogurt.

This is what I had for lunch every day this week. It was so good and so delicious. I'll probably have it every day this week too.

To make the sandwich:

2 large lettuce leafs
4 pieces Sliced turkey
4 Pieces bacon cooked crispy
1 tomato sliced
2 dill pickles sliced
Paleo mayonnaise

Wrap all sandwich ingredients in the lettuce, slice in half and serve.
