Eggs and Bacon
I ran a half marathon this weekend in Baton Rouge. The weather was great and it was a perfect day to run. I've been working so hard at crossfit lately that I haven't been running much so I was a little nervous about this race. I ended up doing pretty good, it wasn't a pr, but my time was 1 hour 38 minutes. My dad ran the race as well and had a personal record time. I was exhausted Saturday so I didn't cook, or even eat dinner because I just wanted watch the Outlaw open online and go to sleep. This morning I was starving and ready to eat. I made an onion and bell pepper egg scramble topped with fresh salsa and bacon. Easy and delicious.
