I got this recipe from PaleOMG a while back and have made it so many times that I decided to post it. Everyone should try it. My entire family loves it.
To make you will need:
1 spaghetti squash
Olive oil
1 lb ground beef
1 onion chopped
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 cup tomato sauce
1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes
3 eggs
Salt and pepper
1. Preheat oven to 400. Cut spaghetti squash in half, place on baking sheet and cook for 25 minutes
2. In a skillet while squash is cooking, add olive oil and cook onions until they become translucent, then add beef and cook until brown.
3. Now add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and seasonings and mix well
4. When spaghetti squash is done scrape out into meat sauce mixture and stir together
5. Add eggs to mixture and stir to combine
6. Add to a 8x8 baking dish
7. Bake for 1 hour
I love this recipe. It’s delicious, I’ve made it twice already. I did substitute ground turkey for the beef . Ive eaten it for breakfast, lunch, dinner … Hot of cold. And its even better the next day.
What temperature do you bake it for an hour at?
400 degrees
