Paleo in NYC day 2

Landmarc restaurant NYC I started my day with an awesome WOD at Reebok crossfit 5th avenue. Our WOD was the "filthy fifty." It was so much fun. For those of you crossfitters, you know how great that WOD is. Everyone at reebok crossfit was so nice and so welcoming. The family that comes with being a part of a crossfit community is incredible. After my workout we headed over to see the Rockettes Christmas Spectacular. My daughter was in heaven. Seeing her watch the rockets dance was priceless. After the show we had burgers at The Shake Shack (without the bun of course), and then went to the American Museum of Natural History. Wesley had a blast there as well. For dinner we ate at Landmarc restaurant. It's located in Columbus Circle, and the view from the windows looks onto Central Park. It was great because it was completely kid friendly and really good. I started my meal with a chopped salad with celery, cucumber, hearts of palm, tomatoes, beets, and balsamic vinegar.

For my main course I had a grilled pork chop with onions, apples, and sautéed spinach.
