So tonight I am re posting a recipe because I decided to make it again. I love this meal and I figured since our electricity might be out tomorrow from hurricane Isaac, I better cook something good tonight. The only thing that I changed is that I added some mushrooms to the cous cous because I had some in my refrigerator. Also, today is also day 29 of my whole30, so after tomorrow I will be done. I will recap my whole30 experience whenever I am completely finished.
