This could possibly be one of the easiest recipes ever. Once again my day was super busy and I new between t- ball and dance I wouldn't have time to cook dinner. I threw some stuff in the crockpot. Right before we ate I sautéed some Swiss chard to go with the chicken and dinner was ready.
For the chicken:
1 bottle of sugar free/ gluten free BBQ sauce
6 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 20oz can pineapple chunks, drained
1. Put everything in crockpot, cook 6 hours on low.
