Hamburger steak over mustard greens

 
Hamburger steak over mustard greens You will need: Olive oil, 1 onion sliced, 4 hamburger pattis( I seasoned mine with salt and pepper, Toni's, and balsamic vinegar), 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 bag of mustard greens, 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, Salt and pepper, Toni's seasoning. 1. In a skillet over medium heat place about 2 tablespoons olive oil. Place 4 seasoned hamburger pattis on oil and begin to cook. Next add your sliced onion. 2. Once all meat and onions are in the pan, season them with salt, Toni's seasoning and a little bit of balsamic vinegar. Let them both cook together until the meat is cooked to your desire. 3. In a second skillet place olive oil, garlic, and mustard greens. Season well and add about a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar. Let them cook down. 4. Top mustard greens with burger and onions.
