In honor of the crossfit open starting tomorrow, I made these cookies to bring to Crossfit Alexandria for our 14.1 announcement party. I was also craving something sweet!
To make you will need:
3 cups almond flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. In a mixing bowl add almond flour, baking soda, salt, and eggs. Mix well
3. Now add vanilla, maple syrup, and coconut oil
4. Once all of that is combined, add walnuts, cranberries, and chocolate chips.
5. Spoon on to cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
