Today I'm making my traditional new years cabbage, black eyed peas and cornbread to celebrate the new year. This year I'm making my cornbread paleo. After we sit and write our goals for the year we will chow down on this delicious meal.
To make:
2 cups almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tblsp honey
3 eggs
3 tblsp melted coconut oil
1/2 cup almond milk
1. Preheat oven to 325
2. Mix dry ingredients
3. In a separate bowl mix the wet ingredients
4. Slowly add wet ingredients to dry ingredients
5. Pour in a greased baking pan
6. Cook 25-30 min
*** I also added a small can of diced green chilis to mine to give it a little kick
