To make you will need:
1 onion chopped
6 boneless skinless chicken breast
1/4 cup ghee
1/4 cup hot sauce
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp dried chives
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried dill
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 bag of small peppers
1. Place onion, chicken, parsley, chives, dill, salt, hot sauce, and ghee in crockpot
2. Cook in crockpot on low for 6-8 hours
3. Pre heat oven to 375.
4. Slice small peppers in half. Stuff with chicken and place on a baking sheet
5. Cook for 20 min
6. Now it's time to eat. I like to add a little dot of hot sauce to the top of mine before I eat them, then top them with guacamole.
