Maple Mustard Bacon Pork Tenderloin

 
Maple Mustard Bacon Tenderloin

to make you will need:

2 1lb pork tenderloins

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons coconut Aminos

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 clove minced garlic

1 tsp garlic salt

salt and pepper

1 package of bacon

1. Combine mustard, coconut Aminos maple syrup, garlic, apple cider vinegar in a small bowl

2. Place tenderloins in a zip lock and pour sauce over. Seal and let sit in refrigerator for 4 hours.

3. Preheat oven to 350

4. Line a baking sheet with foil. Place tenderloins on foil and wrap with bacon. Use toothpicks to keep bacon in place

5. Once it's completely wrapped, pour remainder of marinade on top and then season with salt and pepper.

6. Now bake for 1 hour
