2 tablespoons sesame oil
4 cloves of garlic
1 onion, chopped
1-2 lb of beef, cubed
Salt and pepper
4-6 cups of broccoli florets
Toni's seasoning or an all season of your choice
Start by sautéing the sesame oil and garlic in a large wok or skillet. Next, add your chopped onion and let it begin to brown. Add the cubed beef and let it brown on all sides. Season beef with salt, pepper, and Toni's seasoning. Now add the broccoli and the coconut aminos. Cover, turn heat to low and let sauté for 10 minutes or so.
Serve as is, or over cauliflower rice.
