To make this apple crisp:
6-8 apples cut into chunks
1 1/4 cup almond flour
4 tablespoons of kerrygold butter
1/2 cup pecans
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup raw honey
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. In a bowl toss apples with lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and honey.
3. Place in a 9x9 baking dish
4. In a separate bowl melt butter and then add almond flour and pecans to it
5. Mix together with a fork and place on top of apples. Spread around with fork to cover.
6. Cover with foil and bake one hour, remove foil halfway through and finish baking.
This was so easy and so delicious! Love that the apple skins stay on!
