Tomato Balsamic Meatloaf


If you haven't tried any of the PaleoChef paleo sauces ..... You must. You can use them as sauces, dressings, marinades, or basically anything you want and they are all totally paleo. I was given an assortment of favors as a gift from a friend and so far all have been delicious. I made salmon with the maple mustard, and tonight I. Are meatloaf with the tomato balsamic. I also oven roasted some chicken in this sauce the other night and it was TO DIE FOR!

You will need:
2 lbs ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 carrot chopped
1 egg
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut aminos
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper
PaleoChef tomato balsamic sauce


1. Preheat oven 350
2. In a large bowl mix meat, onion, carrot, egg, almond flour, coconut aminos, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. Mix well with your hands to combine all ingredients.
3. Place meat mixture in a greased loaf pan. Bake 25 minutes.
4. After 25 minutes remove from oven and top the meatloaf in the pan with the tomato balsamic sauce, return to oven and bake 35 more minutes.
5. Let cool and serve.
