I found this recipe on pinterest, I changed a few things to make it paleo and it was great. My kids loved it and so did we.
You will need:
4-6 thin boneless skinless chicken breast
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1. Place oven on broil
2. Mix dry seasonings in a bowl
3. Mix cider and honey in a bowl
4. Season chicken on both sides and place in baking dish
5. Broil on one side for 5 minutes, flip and broil on other side for 5 minutes
6. Baste chicken in honey and cider mixture and place bake in over for a out 4-6 more minutes.
