Paleo buffalo chicken legs
Trying something new tonight that I've never made. I was inspired when I drove by a buffalo wild wings restaurant in our town that I've never been too. I decided to make my own version.
To make you will need:
12 small chicken legs,
1/3 cup coconut vinegar( if you don't have coconut vinegar you can use rice vinegar),
2 tsp chili powder,
1 tsp Toni's seasoning,
2 tsp garlic powder,
1/4 tsp salt,
2 tsp coconut oil.
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2.In a small saucepan over medium heat combine vinegar, chili powder, Toni's, salt, garlic powder, and coconut oil. Stir all together
3. Place chicken legs in a baking dish, pour sauce over chicken legs.
4 Bake for 45 minutes (flip chicken in the middle of cooking).
