Paleo pizza

This recipe will have you thinking you are eating pizza like you used to. It's delicious. I actually ended up making two crust because it wasn't very big. You will have enough of the topping for 2 if you want to go ahead and make 2.
You will need:
2 cup almond flour
3 tablespoons almond butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon water
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp olive oil
1 onion, diced
1lb sweet Italian sausage
2 cloves garlic
1 bell pepper
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes

Preheat oven to 350. Mix almond flour, almond butter, eggs, water and salt in a bowl.
Cover baking sheet with olive oil and the spread almond flour mixture over it in the shape of pizza. Bake for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile in a sauce pan sauté sausage, onion, garlic, bell pepper, oregano, and cherry tomatoes. Season well.
Top pizza dough with tomato sauce and sausage mixture
Bake 20 minutes
