Ok so this will definitely be my new go to meal for lunch. I saw this recipe on pinterest and made it for lunch today. It is super easy, packed with protein, and super good.
To make you will need:
1 rotisserie chicken( or 3-4 cooked boneless skinless chicken breast),
1/4 chopped onion,
2 avocados chopped,
Juice of 1 lime,
Salt and pepper,
Toni's.
1. Start by peeling all chicken meat off the rotisserie chicken. Remove all skin. Place meat in a bowl.
2. Chop onion and add to bowl.
3. Chop Avacado and add to bow.
4. Squeeze lemon over meat and Avacado mixture.
5. Season well, and mix all together well.
