Bacon Wrapped Mini Meatloaf

 
Bacon Wrapped Mini Meatloaf

To make the mini meatloaf you will need:
1 jar sundries tomatoes,
1/4 onion, chopped,
1 lb grass fed ground beef,
1 tsp garlic powder,
1 tsp sea salt,
2 cloves minced garlic,
1/4 cup almond flour,
1 large egg,
4 pieces of bacon.

1. Start by preheating oven to 375.
2. With your food processor blend sundries tomatoes and onions into a paste.
3. In a separate bowl mix beef, garlic powder, salt, garlic, tomato paste, and almond flour.
4. Whisk egg in a separate bowl and slowly mix and add to meat mixture.
5. On a foil lined baking sheet form beef into 4 mini meatloaf. Wrap each one with a piece of bacon.
6. Bake 40-45 minutes.
