To make you will need:
1 spaghetti squash
8 strips of bacon
1 onion chopped
4 cloves garlic
Sea salt
Pepper
1. Preheat oven 375. Cut spaghetti squash in half, remove seeds and bake face down for 45 minutes.
2. Chop bacon and then cook in skillet. Once cooked remove and place on a paper towel.
3. Now in the remaining bacon fat sauté the onion and garlic until the onion is slightly browned.
4. Once spaghetti squash is cooked use a fork to remove the squash and add it to the onion and garlic. Add bacon to that and mix well.
