Walnut Date Bars

I've been doing the whole life challenge for 33 days now. I wanted to come up with a dessert that used all natural products, but also used no honey or agave to sweeten it. I literally threw all of this together and created these bars. They turned out surprisingly perfect.

To make you will need:
12-15 pitted dates
4 tablespoons almond butter( all natural with nothing added)
1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup softened coconut oil
1 tablespoon water
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup almond flour
2 eggs
1/3 cup chopped walnuts

1. Pre heat oven to 350
2. In a food processor combine dates, almond butter, vanilla, coconut flakes, softened coconut oil, and 1 tablespoon water.
3. Once those ingredients have come together, place them in a mixing bowl.
4. Now add you almond flour, salt, baking soda, eggs, and chopped walnuts and mix well.
5. pour into an greased 8x8 baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes.
6. Let cool, and enjoy.

Top with sliced strawberries to make even more delicious.
