To make you will need:
1- 1 1/2-2 lb skirt steak
1 cup balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup coconut sugar
2 cloves of minced garlic
2 sprigs of rosemary
Salt and pepper
1 tsp chili flakes
1/3 cup olive oil
1. Start by seasoning steak with salt and pepper
2. In a small bowl combine vinegar, coconut sugar, garlic, rosemary, chili flakes, and olive oil
3. Place steak in a zip lock bag and pour oil and vinegar mixture over it and let marinate at least 2 hours.
4. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before ready to cook
5. Heat grill to medium heat, place on grill and cook about 5 min each side depending on how you like your steak cooked.
