Life has been crazy lately and therefore my blog has suffered. We are in the process of packing our house to move and that has been consuming me. I actually cooked a meal this evening to ring in the new year with my family. We received these beautiful ribeye steaks from a friend for Christmas and tonight was the perfect night to eat them. I made brussel sprouts with bacon, roasted sweet potatoes with herb butter, and these steaks. It was all perfect, and now we are ready for whatever 2014 will bring. I can't wait!
To make ribeye:
4 ribeyes
Honey
Balsamic vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
1. Season steaks with salt and pepper
2. Then rub each steak individually with about a tsp of honey ( get both sides)
3. Drizzle steaks with balsamic vinegar and let marinate for 2-4 hours.
4. Cook steaks on a low temp to desired heat in olive oil.
