To make you will need:
1 lb pork sausage (make sure it's sugar free)
Salt and pepper
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tablespoon thyme
6 oz blueberries
Olive oil
1. In a small bowl combine sausage, salt and pepper, thyme, garlic, and blueberries
2. Section out into sausage patties and place on a plate
3. Heat olive oil in skillet
4. Cook sausage patties until cooked through
5. Some of the blueberries will fall out and almost a syrup will form at bottom of skillet. After sausage is cooked, spoon this syrup back on top of sausage patties.
