If you are doing the whole life challenge these are ok to have. They are delicious and easy to make. This was my mothers day breakfast.
You will need:
1 banana mashed
2 tablespoons coconut flour
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Coconut oil
grass fed butter
1. Mix banana, coconut flour, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl.
2. Heat coconut oil in skillet, pour pancake mix into skillet. My mix made 3 pancakes.
3. Cook until done and top with grass fed butter.
