This summer has been super busy and I have been slacking in my recipes. I plan to get back on track as soon as the kids get back in school. I have a list of recipe ideas, and no time to cook them. These are just something I threw together last night to go with our steaks.
To make:
2 bunches of brussel sprouts, sliced in half
Salt and pepper
Garlic salt
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
1. Preheat oven to 400
2. On a large baking sheet place brussel sprouts
3. Now toss to coat brussel sprouts in olive oil.
4. Season well with salt, pepper, and garlic salt.
5. Now drizzle with balsamic vinegar and toss.
6. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes
