Paleo biscuits

When I woke up this morning for some reason all I wanted was a biscuit. I haven't had a biscuit in years. So I found this recipe and tried it. I put a little bacon in between the biscuit and topped it with a little honey. It was a perfect Sunday morning breakfast.
You will need:
6 egg whites,
1/4 cup coconut flour,
3/4 cup almond flour,
1 tsp baking soda,
1 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil,
1/4 tsp salt.

Preheat oven to 400. Start by combing coconut flour, almond flour, baking soda, salt, and coconut oil in a bowl. Place in refrigerator for 10 minutes. While that's in the refrigerator whisk eggs whites together in a separate bowl until they are white and frothy. Now fold egg whites in to the flour mixture. Make sure it's not too dry, you want it moist so that the biscuits won't be dry once they are cooked. Place in greased baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.

Did you pour portions on the sheet… or are you pouring the whole thing and baking as one piece?

Where do you buy coconut flour? I can’t find it anywhere!

Excited for these but wondering, why just egg whites?
